What Jesse doesn't know is that Stavros is a con artist who seduces women. Stavros (also played by John Stamos) tricks Joey out of a watch and 20 dollars, makes a pass at Becky, gives Danny a 65-dollar parking ticket, and makes D.J. pay for a goat cheese pizza that smelled terrible, even though Stavros had the money for it from the start. When everyone tries to tell Jesse what kind of man Stavros is, Jesse refuses to believe them. The Smash Club is where Stavros is running his latest scam, claiming that there was a severe landslide in his hometown in Greece and that he is raising money at the Smash Club to help recover his town from the landslide. Becky and the girls discover that no landslide occurred and that Stavros plans to take the money—and Becky—with him on a flight to Florida.
